Fibre Laser Cut Fixture Tables Lead Times
We do hold stock of most tables in popular sizes, so weather is a self-build or Ready Made order we can quick progress with your order. Unfortunately there are times were we would have to laser cut your table / made to order due to custom size, logo integration, low stock etc. If you want to give us a call or email to check stock before you order we can advise a more accurate lead times.

We do hold stock of all of our Mac fibre laser cut fixture table tooling (Unless specified in the listing) So weather is a self build or Ready Made order we can quick progress with your order. Unfortunately there are times were we would have to laser cut your tooling / made to order due to custom size, logo integration, low stock etc. We will advise you post order placement if there is a delay on the advised lead times below.

Tolerances / Material condition
We like to offer extremely tight tolerances for all our tables and tooling but we work with with HR sheet material which is de-coiled in the UK. Prior to us fibre laser cutting. Material has a sheet thickness tolerance of approx +/- 0.35 (depending on material thickness).
Unfortunately we cannot offer any tolerance on any self build tables or tooling. Ready made tables we can offer the following…
Hobby/ MiniPRO +/- 1.5mm
MidiPRO +/- 1mm
PRO +/- 1mm
ULTRA +/- 0.5mm
Alternative MAC Milled tables
If your looking for extremely fine tolerances we also offer milled / nitrated tables starting from 1x1m to 4x2m where we can offer down to +/- 0.15mm
We do and can delivery worldwide but our website is only setup to automatically calculate delivery (Parcels and Pallets) to UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland. If you would like delivery elsewhere please get in touch for a quotation. 0330 1333 868
A lot of our items are rather heavy and will most likely be send on a pallet. The service required for your order will be worked our during checkout depending on the weight of the complete order. Smaller order and items will be sent using a next day service.
As standard the pallet service will be on a ECO Book in Service, therefore the haulage company will contact direct to ensure you are at the delivery address to accept. Delivery failures and redelivery charges will be cover by the customer.
If your order is 1.8m long and under this can be unloaded by the tail lift other wise you will be required to have suitable means to unload at the delivery address.
(NOTE: MAX WIDTH TABLES 1.8M FOR TABLE LIFT DELVIERY)
Please note this a kerb side service and will be up to the driver if they can locate the pallet elsewhere other than the kerb.
Please Note Ready Made tables under 150kg (Hobby / MiniPRO) can be sent with or without the table legs fitted. When fitted the table will be delivered upside down.
Please Note tables over 150kg (MidiPRO and above) will not be sent with the frame, legs attached, due to the safety concerns during transport.
