ULTRA Workshop Trestle Weld Table 

Our ULTRA10  are the ultimate professional modular welding table fixture system. These tables are designed inhouse using the tab and slot locking interface. Manufactured from high grade S355J2+N  All ULTRA tables have a 200mm deep rib sub-frame offering maximum strength and accuracy. The ULTRA10 is supplied with a material thickness of 10mm of the top plates and 10mm sides with chamfer holes.  

Unlike other imports and cheaper constructions, we design superior sub-frame cross bracing as this is the most critical part of the fixture table to ensure a truly flat and accurate fabrication surface. We design, test and manufacture everything in house and the UK to maintain a high quality of control.

As standard all of our tables and tool includes the industry standard 16mm hole pattern (50mm hole centres) to work with all industry fixture 16D tooling. We also offer 28mm fixture points at 100mm centres.

We can also offer our tables with either full thread tapped top  or half 16mm and half thread tapped. These holes can either be tapped by us or we can laser the holes for yourself to tap. Contact us for a quotation.
